Easy — just reply to your welcome email or submit the update through your client dashboard. Choose whatever method works best for you.
What if I need something bigger than the monthly updates?
If you need a larger project such as a redesign, new feature build, full layout overhaul, or e-commerce setup, we’ll quote it separately. If a request falls outside the scope of the subscription, we’ll let you know before any work begins.
What if I don’t need a new page or section this quarter?
Quarterly page additions don’t carry over, but most businesses naturally accumulate updates—new services, new photos, new team members, new promotions, etc. If you don’t need one, no worries; your regular updates will still keep your site current.
What website platforms do you support?
The Website Watchdog Subscription is available only for websites we’ve built or refreshed. That means your platform will already be one we support—typically Wix, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Square, Kajabi, or Kartra. If you’re unsure, just ask.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Most clients stay long-term because consistent maintenance keeps their website performing well, but the subscription requires a minimum two-month commitment and 30-day cancellation notice, consistent with all Digital Unicorn subscriptions.
How fast will my updates be completed?
Most updates are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on the request size. If something requires more time, you’ll always receive a clear timeline.
Does this subscription help with SEO?
Yes — this subscription includes essential SEO housekeeping like updated metadata, alt tags, headings, internal links, image compression, and alignment with core algorithm updates.
