Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment ($199 CAD) is due at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email along with a link to rebook if you need to. Make sure you fill out the intake form as thoroughly as you can! It'll help me show up to our session fully prepared. Rescheduling & Life Stuff I totally get it—life happens (especially when you're juggling business, parenting, or just being a human). If you need to reschedule, you can anytime before your session. No stress, no penalty. Refunds Because this session includes a custom audit, live time together, and digital deliverables, it’s non-refundable. As soon as you submit the booking form, I get to work on your audit.
