Subscription Policy:
To give you the best service possible, we plan, create, and schedule your content one month ahead. This means when your subscription starts (e.g., January 1), we’ll begin creating and scheduling both January and February’s content right away.
To protect the creative energy and time that goes into your content:

Subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice.
If you cancel mid-month, your subscription will continue through the end of the following month. -
No partial refunds are provided once content has been created or scheduled.

🔐 Asset Ownership & Optional Buyout:
All published content created under the Social Spark Subscription is yours to keep and reuse as needed. However, editable files, templates, internal tools, and working documents (e.g., Canva or Capcut files) remain the intellectual property of Digital Unicorn and are not included in your subscription by default.
If you wish to obtain full access to all editable content upon the end of your subscription, simply reach out to us. We'll provide a tailored Buyout Package based on the assets involved. Do you create the content or just schedule it?
I create and schedule it for you — that means custom graphics, videos, captions, hashtags, and post timing that aligns with your audience's habits.
What platforms are supported?
Instagram and Facebook are standard. Want to add TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X? Just let me know — we can customize your plan.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes! You’ll have access to a shared content calendar (via Google Drive or scheduling platform) where you can preview each post before it's published.
Can I send you photos or videos to include?
Absolutely! The best content blends your brand's visuals with my creative direction. You’ll have a folder to upload content anytime.
Will you respond to comments or DMs?
Yes — light community management is included! I’ll monitor your posts for comments and messages, and notify you if anything needs your personal touch.
Can you help with Stories and Reels too?
Yes! Reels and Story strategies are part of the package. If you’re open to filming short clips, I’ll edit and optimize them — or I can create graphics-only alternatives.
What’s included in the monthly report?
You’ll receive a monthly analytics snapshot showing what’s working, what needs tweaking, and next steps — plus strategy adjustments based on your goals.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
There’s a 2-month minimum, and then you’re on a month-to-month plan. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice — no long-term lock-ins.
What if I want to pause or switch to DIY?
No problem — you can pause or cancel anytime, just e-mail me and your subscription will terminate at the end of the next billing cycle. You'll get to keep all your published posts.
